Plan - What do I already know? What do I need to know?
Get advice from your teachers.
Where will I study?
When is the best time for me?
For how long? 40 - 50 minutes and take a 10 minute break. Repeat!!
Start with the subject that you like.
Then study a subject that you find hard.
Rewrite information from your books and papers.
Cover and see if you can remember a point.
Try to be tidy with your notes / Organise them!
Keep going over your notes. It will get easier!
Record your notes on your phone and listen back.
Take breaks. Do your sports and activities.
It is hard BUT YOU CAN DO HARD THINGS!!!
