How can I view my student's personal information on the mobile app

In order to view your student's personal information on the mobile app please follow the below steps .

1. Log into your Tyro App with your email and password.

2. Click on the student name that you wish to view.

3. You will be brought the the Students timetable, At the top of the screen is the menu items, drag across to the right until you see the "Personal" tab. 

4. Click on "Personal" to view the Student's information.

How do I reset my password or create a new password

Please note that you must have previously logged in to Tyro or received an invitation to Tyro. You can not create an account without first being invited by a school. 

1. Open the Tyro app and select 'Login' 

2. Select 'Forgot Password?' 

3. Input your email address to which you received an invite to Tyro and elect 'Submit' (this email address serves as your user name. You can not use another email address to log in). 

4. You will then receive an email with the subject 'DoNotReply'. Select the 'Reset Credentials' button.  

5. In the page that opens, you will be invited to create a new password. Enter this password and then enter it again in the 'Confirm Password' section. Once this process has been completed, you will be able to log in using your email address and this newly created password.
